The Glasgow Sunflowers are lucky enough to be sponsored by the incredible Category Is Books!

Category Is Books is an independent queer bookshop in the southside of Glasgow. 

Started by a team of two trans wusbands, Bug (they/them) and Fionn (‘Fin’) Duffy-Scott (they/them), they hope to create a space for the LGBTQIA+ community to learn about, be inspired by and share in our love of queer books, art, history, activism, writing and storytelling. 

They stock new and second hand queer books, magazines, graphic novels, comics, zines and (lots) of badges! They also run a home delivery service if you can’t make it to the shop in person; and a pay if forward system if you are not in a position to buy books. Since opening their doors in 2018, Category Is has been a pilar of the LGBTQ+ community in Glasgow Southside, and their dedication to queer and trans liberation made them the perfect people to sponsor The Glasgow Sunflowers!
